Stoelmassage ;-)

Nee, helaas geen stoelmassage die je van me zal verwachten, heel jammer. Uit de berichten van Rutte van deze week blijkt wel dat we nog even geduld moeten hebben dus hierbij oefeningen toegevoegd die je vanaf je eigen stoel kan doen.

Sit in a chair and cross one leg, with your ankle resting on the opposite knee.

Keeping your back as straight as possible, bend forward at the hips so your shoulders fall toward the shin of the crossed leg.

Hold for 20–30 seconds,

Repeat 3–4 times with each leg.

Stand behind a chair, use the chair for balance

From standing position with your knees together.

With your right hand grap your right ankle and pullyour heel toward your butt

You feel a stretch along the frontside of your tigh

Hold 20-30 seconds

Repeat on the left side


Position yourself about a meter behind a chair.

Stand up straight, with your shoulders back and feet pointing forward.

Keep your knees straight, but not locked. Keeping your neck aligned with your back throughout this move, bend at the hips to a 90-degree angle. Keep the back in a straight line.

Hold for 30 seconds.

Slowly return to starting position and repeat
