Nek en schouder stretch

Goedemorgen, mochten jullie merken dat tijdens de drukke dag de schouders langzaam richting oren gaan en er een spanning ontstaat in het schouder nek gebied dan zijn dit heerlijke oefeningen.

Interlace fingers and place at the lower part of your head

Sit tall, ground your hips firm on the chair

Inhale- bring elbows away from eachother and open the chest

Exhale- bring elbows together in front, draw chin down towards the chest with gentle pressure

Upper trapezius tretch

Bring right arm back behind you grap with your left hand.

Pull right hand gently towards the left foot

Tilt your head sideways

Pull gently and hold for 10 seconds

Repeat with the other side

Upper trapezius stretch

Grap left forearm with your right hand and pull gently the left hand towards right foot

Tilt your head to the right

Gently pull and feel the stretch in the upper trapezius

Hold 10 seconds

Repeat with the other side
